Water

Las Fincas has a community water agreement. There is a well in the lower elevation fed by a natural aquifer. The water is pumped to a pila at the top of the development and gravity feeds to lots. Rates are tiered to encourage conservation.

Roads

The roads are regularly graded and provide access to all lots, whether developed or not. The private roads that serve Phase 1 and Phase 2 are regularly kept clear and maintained to ensure all areas are passable for owners.

HOA

Roads, the water system and common areas are maintained by the HOA. Expenses are covered by the annual fee contributed by lot owners. The HOA employs an administrator and maintenance worker on a full-time basis.
